2. RED Cable = Power + Black Cable = Negative + Grey Cable = IN1 + Orange = IN0

Card Reader Cable

3. Card Reader 4 Cable will use
4.  RED Cable = Power + Black Cable = Negative White Cable =  D1 + GREEN Cable = D0 

How to connect :- 

Card Reader White Cable + Machine (8PIN Cable) Grey Cable Joint Them Together

Card Reader Green Cable = Machine (8PIN Cable) Orange cable Joint Them Together
