How to Solve hang Problem in Vivo Smartphone

Dear All Users,

I have faced myself Vivo Smartphone hang problem. Actually Today My Wife Vivo phone Model Vivo V15 which got hang while receive a call, nothing was happening after hang. even we can not use it and no touch pad was working. i tried to connect Vivo v15 mobile with my Laptop and download Vivo Assistant software from some website. but it did not helped. i tried to download ADB Driver and Mediatek Driver for the same. but still there is no help.

After Doing many things i found solution. which is below Mentioned:

1. Press Volume Button Down

2. while holding Volume Button Down Press Power button for 10 Seconds.

Thats it Your Vivo Smartphone will restart.

After restart clear History, Old Files and Delete Unwanted Apps from your Phone. 

Try to update your smartphone with latest OS firmware.

Make it secure and clean.

It will not happen again.
