This error appears when your Hikvision device cannot connect to Hik-Connect P2P servers. Same as errors 0xe0000105 and 0xe0000108.

STEP 1: Fix DNS Settings (80% Fix)
**Web Interface (PC):**
1. Access NVR: http://192.168.1.64 (your NVR IP)
2. Login → Configuration → Network → TCP/IP
3. DNS Servers:
✅ Preferred DNS: 8.8.8.8 (Google)
✅ Alternate DNS: 8.8.4.4 (Google)
4. Click "Apply" → Reboot NVR
**NVR Menu (Direct):**
Menu → Configuration → Network → Advanced → Platform Access
✅ Enable Hik-Connect
✅ Serial No: Auto (or copy from device)
✅ Apply → Reboot

Router Settings → Port Forwarding:
Inbound Port: 8000 → NVR LAN IP: 192.168.1.64:8000
Inbound Port: 8443 → NVR LAN IP: 192.168.1.64:8443
✅ UPnP: ENABLED (easiest)
