Download SADP Tool from this link:- https://assets.hikvision.com/prd/public/all/files/202304/SADP.zip

Select the Device from list which password need to be reset.

Click on Forgot Password (Right Down Side Corner)

Click on Export button and Save the file.

Use the Program 10 AM to 6 PM (India Timezone) First check the current time in India.

(After 10 AM to 6 PM you will not receive respond from XML Key Servers)

After Download the Program open it, Attached XML Exported file and enter your Email ID.

Press Get Button, Soon you will get XML Key file Email.

Download Key file from Email and import in SADP Password Reset windows and enter your new password.

Devices Password will be reset.
