On 18th March 2024. I have Trading account with MIRAE ASSET CAPITAL MARKETS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED Here are the details Name Nitin Khatri Client Code MA1693822 BO ID 1209290007608209 On 18th March 2024, I had a open position in Future and option, where my profit converted into loss due to M.Stock Application error. I was trying to exit from my position when price was going down below my Buying Price. at 3 PM I tried to exit my position but Due to M.Stock Application Error I was not able to book little loss and my whole profit with capital lost.I Emailed M.stock Support Team and told them what happen with me and how all happen, After few hours they replied and accepted the issue which was arrived in M.Stock but M.stock Team refused to refund.
