CCTV Installers: I built something that may save you unnecessary site visits

I work with CCTV/networking and I was thinking about one common problem:

Customer calls:

“Sir camera nahi chal raha.”
“Mobile mein CCTV nahi aa raha.”
“NVR ka remote view nahi chal raha.”

And many times you have to visit the site just to find out what the actual problem is.

So I built a simple online CCTV Health Check & Support system.

The idea is: 

Customer → Book online → Pay ₹299 → Share required CCTV/NVR remote access → Installer checks the system remotely → Give solution

It can be useful for installers who have AMC customers and want to provide remote support before sending someone to the site.

I have already deployed the system and tested the complete booking flow, including payment reference/UTR and email notification.

Now I'm thinking of offering the complete setup to CCTV installers for ₹9,999 one time.

The installer can use it for their own customers and services.

I'm not trying to sell it to everyone. 😄
I mainly want feedback from people who actually install/manage CCTV systems.
