This is a Hikvision IVMS 4200 Older Version Error. If you want to solve this you need to replace OpenNetStream.dll file from C:\Program Files\iVMS-4200 Station\iVMS-4200\iVMS-4200 directory. Download the OpenNetStream.dll File From Below Link.
